I watched this great doc called Interrupters in Chicago a while back and like any great film it has stayed with me. I remember walking out feeling awaken like any good song, book, or film can do. You notice the world u have grown bored with as if it is new. You watch, u listen, u think, and maybe u learn.
I also felt a great sense of grief for people of color in my city, and a wish for miracles and answers.
